Payments, Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Payments:

Fees for all sessions, whether offered in-person, via chat, telephone or video is £55/- per session.

All fees must be paid in full at the time of booking your session. Please note, we cannot confirm your session slot unless full payment has been made and received.

Session fees options:

1. Pay per session: £55/-

2. Pay for a block of 4 sessions: £200/- (non-refundable)
Please note: Block sessions are non-refundable and must be utilised in full within 8 weeks from the date of purchase.
For eg: Block of 4 sessions purchased 
on the 1st of January must be used in full by the 26th of February. Any unused sessions post 8 weeks of purchase will 
be cancelled with no refund.

Cancellation:

We understand circumstances can change, and we require you to notify us at least 48 hours in advance of your 
session start time if you need to cancel your session. This allows us to manage our schedule effectively and offer 
the time slot to another client in need. 
Failing to do so will result in the session being cancelled with no refund issued for this late cancellation.

Rescheduling:

Both of the above fees options are covered under this rescheduling policy.
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any sessions that need to be rescheduled. Failing to do so will result 
in the session being cancelled and no refund will be issued for this late cancellation.
